    So looking at the # 10 penalty... that was due to a improperly mounted wheel that caused it to break? Not from a rim/parts failure?

          Ok just gonna say it..... NASCAR has lost its mind.. That wheel broke due to bad fabrication on the 10, and giving teams improperly fitting parts from your 1:1 scale model kit race car is a joke..... There was no performance gain at all.... ... Thats a quick 500,000.00 into the pockets of the leadership.... for BS. Car is a dang joke
