Lmao I hate this sport, they were illegal, they were modified by hendrick yet nascar just can't help themselves, they keep the fines and suspensions but give them back the points, the most important part of the penalties. $400k for Rick is pocket change, crew chiefs suspensions are useless but losing all those points is what would've hurt them the most and nascar of course went easy on them with yet another slap on the wrist. GOD I HATE NASCAR

The 3 people who heard the appeal have been associated with nascar in some way, 1 is a former driver, 1 sells haulers to nascar, and 1 is a racing marketing executive who is know in the sport as an idiot. Again this doesn't add up at all. No reason given to explain why they gave them the points back after agreeing they altered the partsLast edited by Biggums7; 03-29-2023, 10:01 PM. -
Stop watching then, Get out, You sound like KB crying all the time LOL -
You need your binky, and safety blanket and a safe space for a bit..... I will give you a safe space and stuffed animal so you can explain to us where Nascar hurt you..... đ

Different circumstances, different infractions, different appeal committee members, different outcome. It's really not that hard to understand. You just don't care to understand. You just want a bandwagon reason to complain.Last edited by Elliott#9; 03-29-2023, 09:09 PM. -
I guess maybe they got the points back because the parts in question were not used during the race like previous penalties. And it was obvious that it had no bearing on performance.👍 1 -
If it was crybaby bush he would be okay with it, dont take babygums seriously lol

Leave it to 3 random idiots who donât have to be accountable to anyone to make a black and white issue into a gray one. They either modified the parts or they didnâtâŚnot, âthey broke the rule but nascars penalty is too harshâ
what a joke
if Iâm a crew chief Iâm going wild with modifications to find speed. They can just use the âwell the parts didnât fitâ excuse.👍 1Comment

The father, son and holy Hendrick favoritism has just been proven in broad daylight. Kaulig racing appeal only got the points reduced from 100 to 75. 10 playoffs points, 100K fine, and 4 race CC suspension all standâŚ
what a jokeComment

You need to do some homework young one, Who the most penalized teams are..... Your biased as well. Taking a win away just started to happen not to long ago.... and Penske was the first to fall. -
Thunderstruck not to mention Denny's Penalty which was also upheld today. NASCAR isn't soft on Gibbs by any means. It also doesn't matter if they aren't the "Most penalized team." They haven't been around as long as some other teams, but have received some of the harshest penalties from NASCAR in both Cup and Xfinity including stripping a driver of their victory for the first time in more than 60 years in 2022. Can't say NASCAR turns a blind eye and is soft on Gibbs when they've disqualified them, fined them, taken driver and owners points away, suspended drivers, suspended crew and car chiefs, etc. and given them the harshest penalties in the book. No bias, just fact.
Would love to see specific examples of what you think NASCAR has let them get away with over the years.Last edited by zonilug; 04-06-2023, 04:56 PM. -
Would just love to see the basic biased bs you two come up with to be just honest and even.... Nascar is butthurt and found another reason to make some more money..... be glad. Because Toyota isn't bringing the money in anymore.... they barely have that many teams

Haaaaaaahhhhhhaaaaaaaaahhhhhhaaaaaaa!!!! Hendrick penalized after a NASCAR R+D inspection on the 24 and 48 carsâŚ.whatâs the excuse this time??Comment

BREAKING: Bowman and Byronâs cars were found to have had a greenhouse violation at the R&D center. Both teams lose 60 points and their interim crew chiefs are suspended for the next two races AND a $75,000 fine.Comment

Per Jeff Gluck:
NASCAR made a couple significant tweaks to the rulebook today.
1) If appeals panel upholds penalty, it canât just wipe out a whole part like w/Hendrick points. Can reduce it within the range laid out by the rulebook.
2) NASCAR can publish panelâs reasons for changing penalties.âComment

Hahahahahaha...... Nascar is butt hurt just like the JGR whiners here,lololol.... They hated that penalty being reversed,lololol.... now they are just showing their piss poor leadership hand......

Whatâs hilarious is you think this has anything to do with me being a JGR fanâŚIâm defending Nascars position. Theyâve made the NexGen a No-Fly zone. And 3 goons decided they are gonna change a penalty even though they agreed a violation was made. You mess with the bull and youâre gonna get the horns is what is now happening. They may as well announce that the 5 and 9 will be going to the R+D center after Bristol. -
No actually they better take all teams to R&D quit with the piss poor selection..... Notice no Toyota has been took to R&D.... once again. BIAS your part. This is Nascar being pissed because certain teams didn't show to their meeting that was mandatory.... over the money of the sport to teams..... HMS was one of those. Because Nascar your beloved leader isn't fairly managing the money to the teams. Because Nascar is struggling to make money... Their tracks are suffering because this car and its package sucks. Might need to study up on the true issues with Nascar. They don't have a true Title Sponsor anymore...... And this car is more expensive than promised. -
Hey, Iâm only defending nascar on rules enforcementâŚnothing else. Iâm firmly in all the teams corner when it comes to revenue sharing and all the other issuesâŚthe rules and penalties were all agreed upon by NASCAR and the teams..
nascar doesnât exist without the teams. Theyâve gotten rich off the teams and then stole their sponsors, and pushed sponsors out of the sport to make their âofficial partner of nascarâ sponsors happyâŚand itâs all caught up to them.
What would NASCAR do if all the teams decided to not show up one race weekend? Personally Iâd like to see that day. I havenât forgotten about the weekend at Atlanta in 2008 when NASCAR forced Robby Gordon to take Motorola off the car because they co-sponsored his Busch car with Verizon, all to make Sprint happyâŚeven though Motorola sold phones to SprintâŚya made a lot of senseâŚ
