Going to be at the Indy 500 this year, looking forward to an exciting day at The Yard of Bricks and eager for an exciting day of racing there!! Personally I think Pato or Palou are the ones to get it done, but my wild card picks have to be either Ed Carpenter finally putting it all together or Helio making history with a 5th Indy 500 to be on top of the mountain alone.

Monaco is Monaco, Saturday quali will be exciting as usual and then we'll see what is what with the race Sunday morning. Unless a miracle happens expect Max or Checo to reign supreme in Monte Carlo.

Capped off with the Coke 600, best day every year to be a motor racing fan!!! Love to see HMS win another Coke 600 but we'll see how that pans out as the week goes on.

F1 race was what I expected.... who ever is out front at that track wins.... for the most part... the rain was a nice addition to the skill level... ..... the prerace once again just kinda feels snobbish for the most part.

That was a scary ass crash. That car flipped with ease. Luckily the tire cleared the grandstand. One video on twitter shows damage to the front of a parked car and someone said it's on the golf course.

That was super close. The odds of the tether severing like that and the angle at which it did as it shot out over the catch fence are crazy. Just goes to show that if it can happen it will happen. Thank the Lord it did not go into the grandstands.

I can only imagine how the car that was supposedly struck looks.

I would do my best to get the tire and take it home. Imagine the stories! Well worth the cost to fix the car.

Kirkwood says “I’m just glad I’m okay”. Don’t know why, but I found that to be a funny statement. Not sure I’ve ever heard a driver be so honest. lol
